As from January 2009, we are making available a class for people with no previous experience and would like to start a Martial arts Program.

The course duration is 12 weeks, classes will be held just once per week where we will lead you step by step through simple, basic and effective Self Defense Techniques, healthy warm-ups, super-effective exercise routines and effective stretching methods for complete skeletal health.

During the 12 weeks you will learn:

We have created a simple exercise program for you to stay active at home to burn off those unwanted Christmas Calories in the most effective ways possible. Just a few minutes of doing the right exercises each day has a phenomenal effect on the body.

There are many options available for Martial arts in Calgary.

Kung Fu, karate, Tae Kwon Do, Jiu Jitsu, Judo and Krava Maga. Then there are then more conventional systems such as Boxing and Wrestling.

Many people do not know what Martial arts are available in Calgary and then even if they do know, they don’t know what each one is.

To make it more complicated for people who do not know, there are more variations of style within each Art.

To offer advice to those people looking for Martial arts in Calgary, I would recommend that you do your due diligence and research what each of the Arts are.

If you are looking for something for Self Defense, for competition or for Traditional or Cultural purposes makes a bi difference in the style that would be most suited to you.
