Alberta Self Defense run classes and courses throughout the Province for anyone with a need or desire to learn Self Defense. We have courses available for Adults, Teens and Children.

At Alberta Self Defense, we make a big effort to run as many Free Courses as possible but we also have many other courses available as many people have different needs and different time tables.

Our Instructors have a great deal of experience and are very keen to pass it on to you.
