The Self Defense Course schedule for 2008 / 2009 will be coming out in the next few days.
Many Free Courses will be available in both Calgary and Edmonton. We also hope to run some Free Courses in Red Deer, Lethbridge and Medicine Hat.

What are the dates and times of all of your upcoming courses in Edmonton? Where are they held and what is the cost?
