 We make a big effort to have Free Self Defense Courses available. At present we have many available at various locations throughout Calgary. We have recently introduced some Free Self Defense Courses in Edmonton too.
In the near future, we will have many more courses available in many other towns and Cities. We also run Kids Self Defense Courses.

Hey some how i have register for a class on nov 15. I was trying to find a list of classes and times. The 15th doesn’t work for me but i am really interested in taking a class. Could you send me more info on your schedules please.
